PC Master & Mobiles is a mobile phone and PC sales/repair shop.

We offer:

• Repairs for mobile phones, computers, and related devices
• Sale of new and used devices and accessories
• An AI chatbot to answer general questions about our services

• Repair quotes are estimates and may change if further faults are found once the device is opened.
• We are not responsible for data loss during a repair — please back up your device beforehand where possible.
• Devices left uncollected for an extended period may be subject to storage arrangements as agreed in-store.
• Warranty on repairs, where offered, will be confirmed to you at the time of service.

• All products are sold subject to their applicable manufacturer or statutory warranty.
• Returns and refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law.

• The chatbot provides general information and is not a substitute for speaking with our staff about a specific repair or purchase.
• Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate — please confirm important details (such as pricing or repair timelines) with us directly.
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details) with the chatbot.
• We may use conversations with the chatbot to improve our service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment is due at the time of sale or repair collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services, including loss of data. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
